The Tomlinson Family
About Zion:
One hundred twenty-five years ago, our forefathers brought forth a new church, conceived in the minds of staunch and courageous pioneer families and dedicated to the future generation which will follow. They envisioned worship and praise to the one Lord and Father of us all, and Jesus Christ. We continue to worship the same Lord, the corner stone of Zion Lutheran Church, and all Christianity.
"Savior, since of Zion's city I through grace a member am, Let the world deride or pity, I will glory in your name. Fading are the worldlings' pleasures all their boasted pomp and show; Solid joys and lasting treasures non but Zion's children know."
-- LBW 358 "Glories of Your Name Are Spoken

Mission Statement:
As members of Zion Lutheran Church, we are all children belonging to God. We will share the important message that we are all sinners who are forgiven by God's grace through Jesus Christ. We will be living examples of love, peace, and joy to all of God's children in need, in our community, our country, and our world.
